I had to bring a truck to Schumacher Auto Body for a warranty paint repair. While the paint repair itself came out fine, they returned my truck with a brand-new 6-inch scratch between the cab and the bed on the drivers side and a minor scratch on the passenger side same spot. The truck was also in the shop for over two weeks for what I thought should have been a relatively simple repair. Communication throughout the process was frustrating and inconsistent. When we first dropped the truck off, the front desk told us it would likely be completed the same week. That never happened. After repeatedly calling for updates, one employee told us the delay was because the truck bed had been removed to complete the repair. Another employee later confirmed the same thing, that the bed had been removed, which was why the repair was taking longer than expected. When we got the truck back and noticed the scratch, I spoke with Tim, the manager. Suddenly, he claimed the bed was never removed during the repair process. Schumacher Autobody was a huge disappointment. The repair process took much longer than originally promised, and every delay came with little to no explanation. I understand things can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through made the situation far worse. By the time I finally got my truck back, I felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing they cared about. I expected professionalism and honesty, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I brought my truck to Schumacher Autobody for a warranty repair because the paint was lifting and failing after only a couple of years. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I got my truck back with a brand new 6-inch scratch that was not there before. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of taking responsibility or even trying to help, I was basically called a liar. Extremely disappointing customer service and very unprofessional handling of a legitimate concern. I trusted them to stand behind their work and take care of my vehicle, but the experience only created more damage and frustration. I would not recommend this shop based on how they handled this situation.

Review for Schumacher Collision WPB – I would leave 0 stars if I could. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service I received at Schumacher Collision WPB. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and ultimately a complete letdown. The office staff — specifically the two white women who work at the front — were shockingly rude, both over the phone and in person. Rather than listening to valid concerns, they resorted to mocking, laughing, and using condescension as a form of conversational defense. I came in expecting service, not disrespect and humiliation. I was referred to this shop by my insurance after a collision — a decision I deeply regret. When I picked up my vehicle, the repairs were blatantly incomplete. Paint scratches were still visible across an entire panel. The middle section of the left rear passenger door was not properly reinstalled, allowing air to enter the cabin at speeds over 30 MPH. It wasn’t until I drove off that I noticed the wind noise — and later discovered water entering the cabin during rain due to improper insulation and sealing. It gets worse. Pasquale is a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied with the work that he does. When my initial repair had some issues, Pasquale took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in a way that made me feel both valued and appreciated. His ability to empathize with his customers and make them feel at ease is truly remarkable. I am so glad that I found Pasquale and I hope that he continues to make other customers smile for years to come.
